I LOVE MY READERS!

The most fabulous experience for an author is to meet readers who enjoyed her books!  Knowing I made someone laugh makes me feel good.  I had the privilege yesterday of meeting Pauline, a fan of the Death & Taxes series who, like Tara, is a brave soul – she teaches teenagers!  Teens are just as frightening as violent tax cheats, if not more so!  : )  I also met Barb and Ron, who drove all the way from the other end of the DFW metroplex to meet me at my book signing.  Given the craziness of Dallas area traffic, I was very flattered that they risked life and limb to come meet me.  Thanks to A Real Bookstore in Fairview, Texas for hosting me along with authors Liz Lipperman and Sparkle Abbey.  We had a great time!  Details about the store at: http://www.arealbookstore.com/

Haha! Our terrier mix and shepherd mix are certainly selective, too. They hear "treat" without fail, but "down" or "no!" don't always register. Raggs is such a cute name!

Reggie certainly looks happy! My own dog, Raggs, has "selective" hearing--and he's not well trained. But. Our dogs are family and we do love them.

Thanks, Barbara! I wish I could write faster, too! My ideas are backing up in my head. : ) I wish my brain had a USB port where I could automatically download the stories from my mind to the page. I'm so glad you enjoyed the book! I'm hard at work on the second one, A Trip with Trouble.

I LOVED getaway with Murder. The second book can't be published soon enough. Can you write any faster? ;-)
